We finally signed up for a gym membership! Regardless of the fact that I go out to do about 5 miles in the woods each day, a membership to the gym was much needed. We have a Planet Fitness right around the corner and a bunch of them in the area surrounding us as well. They are open 24 hours a day Monday through Friday and close at 7 PM on the weekends.
The list of Planet Fitness gyms nationwide is extensive and; therefore, a perfect selection for us to make as we consider ourselves to be globetrotters. In the last three years, I have lost over 100 lbs. Although that sounds like a whole lot, I am still not where I want to be or where I should be.
