Our Essential Oil Pain Relief Roll-on is an amazing combination of gingeroot, tea tree, wintergreen, eucalyptus, clove, rosemary and Vitamin E oils in order to achieve a pain-busting potion that is close to nothing of that on the market. All natural and homemade, you cannot beat that. My favorite part is that you can change up the recipe to whatever you have on hand. If you have a few more drops of clove than you do of eucalyptus, take the burn! Whatever works best for you, your body and your family. This combination is what works best for us. It has proven to heal us time and time again. Read More

I always end up talking about haircare on the blog on my crunchy beauty post days. Ahh, I just can’t help it. And I couldn’t help but hurry to share a new recipe I came up with Leave-In Conditioning Hair Oil. To me, the look, feel and overall health of my hair is much more important than putting on makeup. Hair is everything! Having strong and beautiful hair is not only every girl’s dream but can completely determine how your day will begin—and end.
Using all natural products sometimes means surrendering your old ways for no more worries. By not using conditioner, that means that my hair doesn’t come out of the shower feeling like there is a whole entire bottle of lotion on it. My hair is literally squeaky clean right out of the shower. And while you may be thinking that what I’m explaining means I’m not washing my hair correctly—or conditioning, for that matter—you’re wrong. Trust me. I was in your shoes not that long and I was wrong, too. I was very happy with my hair regime but I was constantly longing for the feeling of soft silky hair right out of the shower. My hair is paper straight, naturally, so I always let my hair dry on its own without the need for a blow dryer. Plus, my hair is super greasy so I had to cut the conditioner and replace it somehow. My hair dries pretty quickly by itself and will be fully voluminous and shiny within a half hour of having stepped out of the shower. But that’s not the thing. The thing is that I’m a girl and I’m needy. And I will use that excuse to the very end as long as I can find a solution to it. All-natural, of course. That’s where my Leave-In Conditioning Hair Oil comes in! Read More
My wisdom teeth have been growing in since I was 17 years old. I grew up in a dentist office because my aunt is a dental hygienist. Through all my time spent there, they had told me from the very beginning that I will one day be facing the removal of all four wisdom teeth because there was simply no more room left in my mouth for them to grow in naturally, as it is most common with other people worldwide. Little did I know how much of a
headache toothache this would be. Read More
With my monthly little lady showing up, cramps are at an all-time high! I hate cramps. Don’t you hate cramps? I’m sure everyone hates cramps. When my time of the month shows up, I always find myself lathered in lavender essential oil and, with the amount that I put on, the bottle ends up practically empty and my soul smells like lavender. My freaking soul, I tell you! I am like a walking lavender garden on the week of my period. It’s not to say that lavender doesn’t smell good but that’s not the way essential oil should be applied, I learned the hard way. This Essential Oil Cramps Roll-on is so good you’ve got to bow down, unless you have cramps and cannot move for the life of you.
In the last three years, I have lost over 100 lbs. Although that sounds like a whole lot, I am still not where I want to be or where I should be. This journey of weight loss takes a lot of patience and strength, of which I gained in the process. I cannot even begin to tell you how much patience one needs to have to accomplish such a goal. Having changed my entire lifestyle for my weight loss and health, I need to switch it up every once in a while to keep my system going. The change needs to be alive not asleep. If I don’t keep changing my daily routines and staying active, I won’t drop any more pounds. Obviously, I do not want that so after diving head first with no goggles into the world of Pinterest, I found different ideas and came up with an Essential Oil Weight Loss Protocol. Read More
Happy birthday, honey pie! Today is your day and boy did we celebrate it well. Considering that we celebrated all week long having started off in Sarasota by visiting Morgan and Luna, I would say that the start of today had a lot to compete with. HEY! I forget to blog sometimes because I have so much going on. I am brewing something in the works but it is top secret. Soon, I will let you all know. Till then, I have other stuff to share!
Not sure if all you guys keep up with my Instagram, but if you do, you know I went to Naples this past weekend. I was so glad I did. I got to relax in relaxation nation. It is a dead town but I loved it. I would personally never live there but I will go back to vacation forevermore. I travelled throughout Bonita Springs + Bay, Estero, Fort Myers + the beaches, Barefoot Beach, Sanibel Island + Little Hickory Island. I need to feel that relaxed right now but that won’t be happening till I graduate the end of this month, ugh and that couldn’t get here soon enough.
Now that I reminisced on beautiful sunlight without the heat of yucky Miami, FL I can finally tell you what I actually wanted to say! Read More

Okay everyone so I’ll admit that I was quite excited to start my little projects up and disappointed to have messed the first one up.
I was dying to make a pillow mist or room spray and thought that I could simply mess with some recipes, tweak them, and voila! WELL, it was not certainly so.
1 oz rubbing alcohol
0.5 oz water
1 tablespoon lavender 40/42 essential oil
1 teaspoon tea tree oil
NEVER EVER MAKE THIS! It will piss you off…
